Information collected
Sessions are booked through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling provider. Booking collects a name, an email address, the student's current grade, a selected session time, and intake form responses describing the course topics to be covered. A parent or guardian contact may also be collected. Payment information is handled by a third-party payment provider and is not received or stored by IgnitED Tutoring.
How information is used
- To confirm bookings and send session details, including the Zoom meeting link.
- To schedule sessions and prepare materials specific to the topics submitted.
- To process payment for booked sessions.
- To communicate about scheduling changes, cancellations, or session follow-up.
Information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic, such as page views and referral sources. Google sets cookies and receives a truncated IP address for this purpose. No name, email address, or booking detail is sent to Google Analytics. Analytics cookies can be blocked through browser settings or a tracking blocker without affecting the ability to book a session.
Students under the age of 18
Most students are minors. Where a student is under 18, a parent or guardian is expected to provide consent for tutoring services and for the collection of the information described above. A parent or guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information at any time.
Retention and storage
Contact and scheduling information is retained only as long as needed to provide tutoring services and to meet recordkeeping obligations. Payment card details are never stored directly by IgnitED Tutoring; they are handled by the payment processor.
Requests and removal
To review the information held about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact thane.ignited@gmail.com. Booking records may be deleted on request at any time.
